Start Loving Dentures:
“Experience the Digital Difference”
Overview:
Creating traditional dentures has not appreciably advanced in more than 100 years! This time-consuming procedure requires multiple appointments and a lab technician who performs many steps by hand. Plus, inaccuracies inherent to the process can lead to a less than desirable result for the patient, decreased productivity and increased frustration for the dentist.
Digital dentures offer significant improvements in esthetics, fit, durability and turnaround time. This hands-on course highlights changes taking place with the digital denture workflow using the iTero™ intraoral scanner. Discussion will identify current denture presentations and potential treatments, as well as ways to increase productivity.
Please join us for an in-depth look at the technology and materials revolutionizing the way current dentures are being created.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Examine the four types of current denture cases
- Study the edentulous arch anatomy and patient characteristics
- Discover how to scan with an iTero scanner—an edentulous arch and a removable prosthesis
- Explore the differences of current denture materials
- Receive hands-on iTero scanner training with iTero Certified Clinical Trainers
